Return and Refund Policy

At Defyne Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Below are the details of our return and refund policy:


1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 4 days from the date of delivery.
  • Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.
  • Return Pickup Attempts:
    • Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.
    • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
    • Service availability is subject to reverse pickup services in your area.

2. Refund Process

  • For COD Orders:
    • Refunds will be processed to your payment ID within 1–10 working days after we receive the product back in its original condition, unused, with all tags and labels intact.
    • Defyne reserves the right to ban users who return products without any reason for return.
  • For Prepaid Orders:
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 1–4 working days after we receive the product back in its original condition, unused, with all tags and labels intact.

Note:

  • COD payments will be refunded only after we receive the product back.
  • Reward points, store credits, and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
  • Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items / Exclusions

To maintain hygiene standards, returns are not accepted for the following product categories:

  • Accessories
  • Sunglasses
  • Perfumes
  • Masks
  • Innerwear (boxers, briefs, trunks)

Note: Defyne reserves the right to update the product categories excluded from this policy without prior notice.


5. Refunds for Free Product Deals

Orders placed during promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other similar deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


6. Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

Shipping Instructions:

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Reimbursement:

  • For prepaid orders, the full amount plus ₹100 (towards courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account.
  • For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your payment details sent in the parcel.

7. Terms and Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. Defyne is not liable for errors in the provided details.
  • If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.

If the product does not meet quality standards at delivery, notify us within 1 day via:

Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you about the refund eligibility. Refunds are processed within 30 working days from confirmation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
